E3, a local QLoRA reading fine-tune: FIT on v1 through serve, including at production config (1 of 20 absent fabricating); v2 misses by one item in every cell; both graders agree on 201 of 201

Training, on an RTX 3050 (8 GiB): continue the kannaka-brain-7b-v2 adapter (Qwen3-8B, r=32) in 4-bit NF4, lr 5e-5, 2 epochs, effective batch 8, 160 steps, 46 minutes, peak VRAM 6.92 GiB. Loss on answer tokens only, with lm_head applied to answer positions (checked equal to the library's own loss to 2.4e-7). Data: 639 record-reading rows (319 answerable, 320 absent) written by Claude subagents from 320 paragraphs of kannaka-memory's ADRs and CHANGELOG and rogue-agent's README. A chunk was dropped if it shared even one 8-word shingle with any probe excerpt, question or gold; 1 row was dropped by the mechanical gate; leak_guard 0 hits. Merged and quantized q4_K_M as 7b-v2 was.

Evaluation, same frozen data dir as E2. Absent fabricating / present correct / P01-P05 failing, out of 20; QE (blind) and Kannaka (not blind: she saw the mechanical floors first, at Nick's request) are identical, 201 of 201 undecided answers:
- bare v1 0/20/0 FIT; bare v2 2/19/1 NOT FIT
- serve 0.2 v1 1/19/1 FIT; v2 2/19/1 NOT FIT
- serve production 0.8/4096 v1 1/19/1 FIT; v2 2/18/1 NOT FIT
Every verdict holds with QE's 4 hard calls flipped either way. For comparison, 7b-v2 through serve was 5 and 8.

The v2 misses are the same two absent items in every cell (A05, A20), both a right value from the excerpt put in the wrong slot: the record's value versus a claim it contradicts, and a rule for one setting applied to another. That pattern is what E4 targets.

Voice is reported separately (V3). This result says nothing about whether E3 should serve.
